- TALLER LATCH AND BOLT OPENINGS This door strike features slightly taller latch and bolt openings to accommodate door hardware spaced from 5-1/2 inch to 6 inch hole centers.
- EASY INSTALLATION Installation is quick and easy, and the door strike fastens into jamb and door frame with screws. Some mortising and pilot hole drilling may be required for a flush install.

- INSTALLATION TIP - Snap-off or cut-off end sections of tailpiece as needed, if it is too long for your door. Having the tailpiece too long can negatively affect the performance of the lock. Use pliers to snap-off, a hacksaw or small disk to cut-off, and a file to remove sharp edges and burrs. Position the deadbolt mounting plate on the inside of the door with raised side facing the outside of door to ensure flush installation of inside lock assembly.
